Tired dogs with long tongues

Posted on Jun 9, 2011 by in Dogs | 0 comments

We hit the dog park at Magnuson pretty regularly — we’re lucky to live only a ten minute drive or so away. It’s the easiest way to wear the boys out.

Boli doesn’t so much care to visit with other dogs; he’s content to chase a mucky, spitty tennis ball for hours. Rye gets bored of fetch pretty quickly, and socializes intensely. For his breed, that kind of social stimulation is important, and supposedly just as tiring for him as running his little behind off.

When they’re good and tired, their tongues start to droop out of their mouths. Dog tongues + dusky sunlight makes for good photo times!
